Overview As a District Sales Manager, you will architect launch success in your region by building and coaching a high-performing team. You translate corporate strategy into district plans, drive field execution, and ensure performance with integrity. You'll lead talent development, foster DEI, and navigate complex payer landscapes to improve patient access to Anaphylm. Responsibilities- Recruit and develop Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned with the mission
- Provide ongoing field coaching, feedback, and individualized development plans
- Foster accountability and growth across the district and promote DEI
- Identify and cultivate future leaders within the team
- Collaborate with VP of Sales, Areas Sales Director, and peer DSMs to shape national strategy
- Translate corporate objectives into district business plans considering market dynamics and payers
- Set and track performance metrics linked to launch milestones
- Conduct frequent field rides for coaching and problem-solving
- Coach on consultative selling of Anaphylm and handle payer objections
- Connect daily activities to the mission of removing barriers for patients
- Develop fluency in payer landscapes and translate insights into pull-through strategies
- Collaborate with Market Access and Hub Services to resolve coverage barriers
- Share market access wins and best practices
- Ensure CRM discipline and high-quality documentation of activity
- Maintain regulatory compliance (PDMA, AE/reporting, promotional guidelines)
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams with front-line management experience
- Proven success leading teams through product launches in specialty/related areas
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, market access dynamics, and HCP engagement
- Track record of coaching to improve team performance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
- Willingness to travel 60-75%, including overnights
