Overview In this role you will engage customers who inquire about online vehicle listings and guide them through the buying journey, combining personalized service with the Asbury selling process. You'll build rapport, respond to leads, coordinate test drives, and help close sales while promoting a guest-centric experience. Responsibilities- Respond to internet leads with timely information and pricing via phone and email
- Build rapport with customers to develop referrals and a strong network
- Answer sales calls, set and confirm appointments, and follow up with customers
- Guide customers from inquiry through final sale, including in-store visits and test drives
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations during the buying process
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold customer service standards
Key requirements- Prior automotive sales or related experience is a plus
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
