Responsibilities- Lead architectural scope for hyperscale and enterprise data centers and other mission-critical facilities
- Coordinate requirements for critical spaces (data halls, electrical rooms, UPS/battery rooms, generators, MEP)
- Drive interdisciplinary coordination to resolve buildability and interface constraints
- Ensure compliance with owner standards and prototype requirements; document deviations
- Support fast-track delivery with early release packages and phased permitting
- Lead model-based reviews and BIM/VDC coordination
- Oversee daily activities of the architectural project team and quality of Construction Documents
- Assist Project Manager with schedule, budget, scope changes, and resource forecasting
- Coordinate all disciplines and documents, enforce quality control
- Perform in-house contract administration (RFI responses, shop drawings, bulletins)
- Maintain and improve office architectural standards and production tools
- Familiar with Revit, project setup, and point cloud workflows
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- NCARB certificate
- Registered Architect
- 15+ years of related architecture experience
- 3-5+ years in data centers or mission-critical facilities
- Experience with hyperscale/enterprise data centers and fast-track delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Mentoring and teaching less experienced staff
