Overview In this role you will help scale eero's global business by building and optimizing the commercial and legal infrastructure. You'll work with Operations, Sales Operations, and Legal to support international product launches, draft and negotiate contracts, and simplify how we manage customer-facing documents. You'll drive process improvements and leverage AI and automation to accelerate contracting workflows. Responsibilities- Conduct legal diligence in target launch countries using available AI tools and coordination with outside counsel
- Draft and negotiate vendor contracts and support global lease agreements
- Optimize document management tools with AI and improve B2B deal processes with Sales Operations
- Design new processes for customer disclosures (terms of service, limited warranty, privacy notice)
- Support international expansion and streamline contracting workflows across the business
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of contracts management experience
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
