Overview In this role you will lead the electrical discipline on multiple projects across diverse facilities, from manufacturing plants to data centers. You'll serve as the engineer of record, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver construction-ready designs. You'll travel for site surveys, power studies, and coordination, applying industry and international standards to ensure safe, compliant systems. This opportunity lets you shape critical infrastructure and contribute to Arcadis' mission of sustainable, impactful solutions. You will mentor junior staff and help win design work through proposal support.

Responsibilities- Lead design teams to deliver construction-ready drawings with cross-discipline coordination
- Develop strong relationships with design professionals and clients
- Travel to project sites for surveys and data collection for power system studies
- Perform arc flash, load, short circuit, and coordination studies
- Support proposals to win design work and develop sealed drawings
- Provide mentoring to junior staff
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification and active pursuit of Professional Engineer (PE)
- 4+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Knowledge of national standards and codes (NFPA, NEC, NETA, ANSI, IEEE, UL, UFC, UBC) and international standards (IEC, CE, EN)
- OSHA training preferred
