Overview

In this role, you will serve as the primary client-facing lead on capital markets transactions within the Leveraged Finance team. You will guide deal execution, oversee junior analysts, and shape client presentations and financial models to support strategic decisions. You'll navigate complex risk factors and coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties to deliver value-driven financing solutions. This position offers exposure to a broad spectrum of banking products and high-impact transactions within a global advisory platform.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on capital markets transactions
  • Review and coordinate analytic work by junior bankers to advance marketing and execution
  • Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact
  • Oversee the creation of financial projection models
  • Identify and manage all risks on a given deal
  • Liaise with internal and external parties (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties) on transactions
Key requirements
  • 6+ years of front-office Leveraged Finance experience
  • Experience training junior bankers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to convey concepts concisely
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modeling and valuation
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Adaptability and ability to manage projects independently while taking responsibility as a team member
  • Professional interaction with clients
