Overview In this role you will drive development readiness for new data center sites by coordinating across permitting, utilities, due diligence, engineering, incentives, tax, legal, sales, and construction enablement. You will maintain schedules, risk logs, and documentation to keep milestones on track, reporting to senior development leadership. You will steward cross functional alignment and ensure adherence to CyrusOne's development framework in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities- Coordinate day to day development activities across land, permitting, utilities, tax incentives, engineering, legal, and construction to meet milestones
- Support due diligence activities including surveys, environmental studies, geotechnical, zoning research, title review, site constraints analysis, and utility feasibility
- Maintain and update project schedules, risk registers, action logs, and status dashboards for leadership and cross functional partners
- Facilitate document control and information flow to keep designs, reports, approvals, and permitting requirements aligned
- Assist with entitlement and permitting tracking, ensuring timelines and requirements are clearly documented and executed
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external consultants to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Identify risks and dependencies early and escalate for timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to CyrusOne's standardized development processes, tools, and templates
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and executive summaries for internal development reviews
- Operate effectively in a fast paced environment with multiple deliverables and travel for site visits and coordination
Key requirements- 3-6+ years in data center development, project management, real estate development, engineering coordination, or construction support
- Bachelor's degree (preferred fields include real estate, engineering, planning, environmental science, or PM)
- Experience with consultants (civil, environmental, survey, permitting), engineering firms, and general contractors
- Familiarity with due diligence workflows, permitting processes, and utilities
- Experience with large scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
