Overview You will lead the supply chain planning function, driving strategic initiatives to optimize processes and performance. You'll shape the S&OP agenda, collaborate across sales, operations, procurement, logistics, and external partners, and steer inventory and forecasting strategies. This role combines leadership with hands-on planning work to support Revance's global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cost efficiency, service levels, and reliable supply in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the supply chain planning function aligned with business objectives
- Oversee S&OP, demand planning, and scenario planning with cross-functional teams to optimize forecasts and inventory
- Lead inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and monitor stock levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Foster collaborative forecasting with sales and marketing to incorporate market insights into models
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and finance to align planning activities and drive efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement with data analytics, process optimization, and SOPs to enhance performance
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the supply chain planning team and warehouse staff
Key requirements- Master's degree and 5 years' related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 7 years' related experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years' related experience
