Overview As PT Leader-2, lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver a premier Dynamic Personal Training experience within Life Time. You'll partner with club leadership to translate Life Time Training brand and philosophy into daily member experiences, while managing your own client book and driving team performance. You'll onboard new staff, coach peers, and guide programs, events, and product education to hit growth and retention goals. This role offers meaningful impact through team development, sales growth, and high-quality client outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and coach a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards
- Ensure exceptional client experience and results across all clients
- Lead by example with Dynamic Personal Training and manage your own book of business
- Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, and floor experience
- Plan strategies to meet productivity goals and lead department meetings
- Generate new clients and match them to appropriate trainers based on needs
- Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events
- Handle scheduling, admin, and coordination for programs and classes (metabolic, small group, nutrition, etc.)
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members to achieve financial goals
Key requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- 2+ years of personal training experience
- Demonstrated Leadership/Management Skills
- Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching abilities
