Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and oversight of hospital operations
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure quality, safety, service excellence, and regulatory compliance across all clinical and support departments
- Drive operational and financial performance while maintaining a patient-centered focus
- Lead business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and service expansion
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, community leaders, board members, and key stakeholders
- Create alignment between people, processes, and strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership teams
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Communicate organizational priorities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives effectively throughout the organization
Key requirements- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare administration
- Demonstrated success leading hospital operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth
- Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning expertise
- Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of an organization
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to community engagement and service
- Proficiency with computer systems and business applications, including word processing software
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive organizational change in a complex healthcare environment
