Overview As a GNC Engineer, you design and validate guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for missiles, flight vehicles, and space missions. You will work within the MFC-Primary team to analyze performance, run simulations, and support flight test activities. The role blends modeling, verification, and post-mission data reconstruction to ensure reliable guidance solutions. This position offers hands-on impact in complex, high-stakes systems and tight collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities- Performance analysis and error budgeting for GNC systems
- Hardware-in-the-loop and simulation modeling
- Develop and refine guidance laws and autopilot algorithms
- Flight test support and post-flight data reconstruction/validation
- Seeker algorithm and truth modeling; conduct trade studies
- Support integration, test, verification and validation of missile algorithms
- Pre-flight performance prediction and post-flight verification using collected data
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in C++, MATLAB, Python and/or Fortran
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style
- Experience with Missile 6DOF simulation design and analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain active Secret clearance
- Proven problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix simulation artifacts
