Overview

As Senior Managing Director, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of management and operations consulting solutions for diverse clients, shaping engagements and expanding the firm's market presence. You will oversee business development, client relationships at the C-suite, and team-building across practice areas to drive growth and high-quality outcomes. The role blends strategy, proposal leadership, and thought leadership to elevate ProSidian's offerings in private, public, and government sectors. You will work closely with senior leaders to scale the business and share in future equity opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a diversified business development strategy and sales plan
  • Lead proposal development, requirements, and writing within the sales process
  • Manage practice action plans to grow sales and introduce new services
  • Foster long-term, C-suite client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide thought leadership to expand product offerings and market presence
  • Coach, develop, and lead the Consulting Practice team
  • Collaborate with other practices and business units to generate opportunities
  • Lead and manage consultants, including independent contractors, ensuring quality delivery
Key requirements
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Minimum seven years of progressive management experience in Management and Operations
  • At least three years in consulting sales, supervision, and delivery
  • Proven track record of consulting sales up to $4M annually
  • Experience leading a management consulting practice or equivalent leadership role
  • Industry knowledge across Energy, Manufacturing, Chemical, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Banking & Financial Services, Transportation, and Government Agencies
  • Strong business acumen with budgeting and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop staff
  • Experience in matrix organizations and cross-disciplinary collaboration
