You'll partner with technology and business stakeholders to advance enterprise AI practices and reusable patterns. You translate requirements into robust AI platform designs, address governance and risk with responsible AI principles, and stay ahead of evolving AI technologies. You'll work across engineering, product, and business teams to shape the technical direction and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities- Architect and implement scalable AI solutions aligned to line-of-business needs
- Collaborate with Lead Architects and domain teams to develop reusable patterns and reference architectures
- Translate business requirements into practical AI platform designs (LLM, RAG, memory, tool-calling)
- Support governance and risk processes for safe AI deployments and compliance frameworks
- Stay current with AI platform landscape and provide strategic technical insights
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams and foster knowledge sharing
Key requirements- Bachelor's in technology-related field or equivalent with 8 years of architecture experience
- Hands-on engineering experience with modern technologies
- Experience architecting large-scale technology initiatives
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities
- Experience in agile environments and transformational change
- Insurance technology experience preferred
- Knowledge of AI/ethics and governance for production deployments
- Experience with AI/ML development and deployment, ML algorithms, and neural networks
