Overview In this senior role you will lead Cisco's global product marketing and GTM strategy for secure networking. You'll bridge product innovation with market execution, shaping differentiated narratives and scalable enablement. You collaborate across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to drive pipeline, bookings, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities- Lead global product marketing and GTM strategy for secure networking motions
- Translate Cisco capabilities into differentiated market narratives and field activation
- Build scalable enablement systems and measurement of growth impact
- Define messaging for Infrastructure and security domains and drive major market moments
- Connect roadmap innovation to customer outcomes and drive pipeline and bookings
- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team in a matrixed organization
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and executive leadership
- Develop and showcase AI leadership to set industry standards
Key requirements- 12+ years in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, product strategy, sales engineering, or GTM leadership in enterprise tech
- 5+ years of people management leading product marketing, product, technical, or GTM teams
- 5+ years leading GTM strategy for sophisticated enterprise products, platforms, or portfolios
- Experience managing managers
- Educational and experience mix as specified (Bachelor+experience, or higher)
