Overview As Director of Human Resources, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, designing and operationalizing HR programs that align with our mission and improve engagement. You will lead HR operations, talent management, and workforce planning to support business objectives. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, uphold compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate both employee and patient experience. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR advisor to business unit leaders and align workforce strategies with organizational goals
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance business performance and engagement
- Lead workforce planning using analytics and forecasting for staffing and resources
- Provide thought leadership on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent strategies
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and development programs
- Improve onboarding to boost early retention in collaboration with managers
- Maintain an effective applicant pipeline and proactive talent management
- Be the point of contact for HR processes, issues, and inquiries within the area
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations and investigations
- Support managers with adherence to collective bargaining agreements and labor relations
Key requirements- 7 to 10 years of related HR experience
- Management experience required
- Minimum 5 years direct Healthcare HR leadership experience preferred
- Labor relations expertise preferred
- Experience in large workforce management preferred
- Experience in HR People Strategy leadership preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree strongly preferred
- PHR/SHRM certification strongly preferred
- Valid license or certification as needed
