Overview As a seasoned Project Manager at Foth, you will lead engineer led design build projects in industrial wastewater, guiding proposals, design reviews, budgeting, and client outcomes. You'll shape solutions from initial concept to close-out, mentoring teams and ensuring safety, quality, and on time delivery. Responsibilities- Respond to RFPs with project directors, prepare estimates and schedules
- Oversee design reviews, constructability insights, and scope/cost changes
- Develop detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost control systems
- Prepare bid packages, evaluate bids, and coordinate procurement
- Plan project organization, staffing, and schedules with superintendents and subs
- Direct project execution, lead site meetings, update timelines, ensure permits/inspections
- Manage cash flow, invoicing, change orders, and subcontractor payments
- Monitor progress, safety, and quality; address subcontractor performance; implement corrective actions
- Mentor construction personnel and support performance management
- Lead close-out activities and warranty work
- Travel as needed to support engineer-led design-build delivery
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction, design, or project management with successful delivery of complex projects
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Experience with estimating, construction methods, and project management technology
