Overview As a Fleet Logistics Support Representative, you ensure mission-ready inventory for the C-130J program in Saudi Arabia. You manage asset positions under PBL and TSPR contracts, coordinating with suppliers, repair facilities, and DoD systems. You act as the primary liaison for supply-support inquiries and proactively mitigate supply-chain risks. You will work closely with customer personnel and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant logistics support and clear status reporting. Responsibilities- Ensure inventory sufficiency for mission requirements across lifecycle
- Manage asset positions under PBL and TSPR contracts
- Make and execute inventory decisions across suppliers, 3PLs, and locations
- Respond to inquiries, support proposals and provisioning, and forecast budgets
- Interface with DoD information systems and ensure asset traceability
- Prepare status reports and metrics on supplier performance and readiness
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics with customer and internal stakeholders
- Deliver concise oral and written status updates and maintain process compliance
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years in supply-chain logistics and warehouse inventory management
- Proven history expediting orders to satisfy urgent MICAP needs
- Direct experience supporting U.S. Government or foreign-military sites
- Strong data analysis, metrics development, and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
