Overview In this role you will shape Raytheon's planning-finance interface to drive material availability and capacity in a defense-focused production ecosystem. You'll lead the financial cadence for AR/CFRs and related tools, aligning planning with executive-level financial commitments. Your work directly supports growth programs, target inventory strategies, and capital investments to improve factory throughput. You will collaborate across SBU and Functional Finance to turn complex data into clear, executable insights and help steer the company through a transformed supply chain.

Responsibilities- Develop and manage the financial cadence around strategic Supply Chain AR/CFRs and tools to accelerate material and support business needs
- Identify optimized target inventory levels to ensure material availability for growth programs and track financial results
- Coordinate across SBU and Functional Finance to align planning with Raytheon's financial commitments
- Ensure consistency between SBU Finance and Planning, validating orders and required investment
- Lead strategic capacity investment support with financial business case analysis
- Conduct constraint analyses to improve material availability in factories
- Provide budget support for S&OP planning functions (direct, indirect CER pools)
- Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision making
Key requirements- University degree with minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to travel to support critical initiatives
- Financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Executive communication experience, including executive-quality PowerPoint creation
- Experience in Excel modeling
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship
