Overview As a Strategic Relationship Executive, you own the care and growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving retention, renewal, and expansion. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and influence outcomes, managing risk and delivering measurable business value. You lead critical account conversations, from kickoff to QBRs, and forecast revenue to meet targets. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management and strategic growth, shaping long-term client success.
Responsibilities- Act as primary relationship owner for a defined portfolio of strategic accounts
- Manage complex client environments with multiple stakeholders and high-impact outcomes
- Collaborate with Product Innovation, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Executive teams to grow accounts
- Lead all critical account meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Forecast revenue and quota attainment monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Own renewals and full expansion sales cycle in partnership with Sales
- Serve as main post-sale contact after deal closure (kickoff, onboarding, etc.)
- Identify and flag risks in accounts and coordinate mitigation actions
Key requirements- 5+ years in a B2B, client-facing role with direct ownership of account outcomes
- Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, renewals)
- Experience managing a book of business with revenue responsibility and retention/expansion targets
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and operations
