Overview As Director, you will lead brand strategy for multiple brands across markets, owning the integrated brand plans and calendar execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to uphold brand standards and drive franchisee profitability through cohesive campaigns. You'll track performance with P&L scorecards and push for localization, digital, loyalty, and off-premise growth. This role shapes marketing strategy across countries and franchisees, strengthening guest experiences and store traffic. You will also develop and mentor a direct report, shaping the team and operating rhythm.
Responsibilities- Lead brand strategy for 2+ brands from insight to execution
- Own calendar planning and execution of integrated brand plans
- Oversee cross-functional brand initiatives impacting comparable store sales
- Track brand performance/P&L via scorecards
- Deliver core and localized plans across multiple markets for strategic franchisees
- Collaborate with domestic brands, functions, agencies and suppliers to maintain brand standards
- Implement and monitor integrated campaigns to optimize franchisee and guest experience
- Identify and grow platforms for franchisees (digital, loyalty, off premise)
- Be accountable for the marketing strategic plan, media/promotion performance, in-shop and in-market creative, and digital/off-premise acceleration
