Overview In this role you will support corporate HR programs and processes to align with business objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams to onboard and offboard employees, maintain records, and run routine HR activities with an emphasis on compliance and confidentiality. You'll help manage benefits enrollment, performance processes, and HR data reporting while exploring AI-enabled improvements to productivity. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to influence HR operations at a corporate level and partner with multiple departments to scale people programs.
Responsibilities- Support onboarding: pre/post hire communications, background checks, I-9 verification, new-hire paperwork, orientation and compliance checklists
- Coordinate with hiring managers and departments (IT, payroll) to ensure smooth onboarding
- Create/edit/maintain job descriptions and personnel files
- Conduct employee offboarding: exit interviews, system terminations, final pay, return of company property
- Maintain employee files and perform audits for required documentation
- Distribute corporate/global announcements for new hires and promotions
- Produce routine/ad-hoc HR reports and data analyses
- Assist Benefits Open Enrollment including employee inquiries and enrollment changes
- Support annual performance goal setting and performance reviews; enable timely completion
- Support STI goal setting and assessment processes; enable timely completion
- Process invoices for payment; administer Tuition Reimbursement program and track taxable amounts
- Handle compliance-related projects; administer unemployment claims
- Provide back-up reception support when needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a corporate setting
- Willingness and ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making; ability to evaluate AI outputs
- Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR processes (onboarding, onboarding, open enrollment, performance management)
