Overview In this role you will lead the site's financial and administrative strategy at the Indianapolis plant, guiding short- and long-term plans and ensuring strong budget discipline. You'll partner with the leadership team to deliver critical financial insights, manage risks, and maintain tax and SOX/compliance controls. You will drive operational improvements and link financial performance to plant operations, supporting the mission to sustainably feed the future. Responsibilities- Lead the site's financial and administrative strategy and budgeting processes
- Formulate short- and long-term financial plans and oversee annual business cycles
- Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to provide financial insights and risk management
- Ensure tax compliance and internal controls (SOX/audit) while maintaining ethical leadership
- Optimize administrative processes and maintain strict budget control
- Drive operational improvements and link financial performance to production/maintenance activities
- Guide CAPEX/OPEX budgeting with sustainability considerations
Key requirements- CPA or Chartered Accountant designation
- 5+ years of finance and administration leadership experience
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of actionable financial insights
- Proficiency with ERPs, OneStream, and PowerBI
