Technical Recruiter

In this role you will guide engineering hiring for Trading Technology and R&D teams, collaborating with engineering leadership to shape recruitment strategy. You will own end-to-end pipelines, from initial outreach to offer, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience for both niche and high-volume roles. You'll apply an engineering mindset to recruitment, leveraging data to optimize processes. • Partner with engineering leadership on recruitment strategy and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
• Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines from outreach to offer acceptance, including complex negotiations
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience across opportunistic and high-volume roles
• Apply data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and iterate on recruiting processes
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies to source high-quality candidate flow
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify top technical talent and competitor insights
• Attract passive candidates through creative sourcing methods to build pipelines for current and future needs

• 3+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven success recruiting in specialized technical domains
• Strong talent mapping capabilities (researching companies, org structures, roles, and skills)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics
• Excellent cross-functional verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for building technical teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
