Overview In this Senior Manager role, you lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements within EisnerAmper's Transaction Advisory Services team. You'll guide multi-disciplinary teams, review financials, and present insights to executives and investors, shaping deal considerations. The role blends hands-on analysis with client leadership and cross-team collaboration to drive successful transactions. Responsibilities- Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including QoE, working capital analysis, and financial modeling
- Manage multiple transaction engagement teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, clear communication, and adherence to deadlines
- Review client financials, identify key risks and value drivers, and present findings to executives, private equity firms, and other stakeholders
- Oversee preparation of Key Findings Reports, Databooks, and financial presentations summarizing findings and deal considerations
- Assess the target's revenues, margins, earnings, net assets, working capital and cash flows
- Collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory and consulting teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Mentor and develop staff through training, performance feedback, and on-the-job coaching
- Stay current on market trends, accounting standards, and industry developments affecting transactions
- Lead meetings and conference calls with client and target management; act as a secondary client contact for day-to-day execution
- Work closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys and other stakeholders
- Participate in building and maintaining client relationships and business development activities (e.g., Thought Leadership, conferences)
- Occasional extended hours or travel to/from firm offices or client sites
Key requirements- 10+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
- CPA or in process of CPA certification (preferred)
- Strong US GAAP knowledge (ASC 606, inventory, accrual accounting)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar financial modeling tools
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
