Overview In this role you lead a team of Sales Executives to drive growth for TravelPerk in North America. You'll shape and refine the sales motion, mentor the team, and partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance. You will help scale while selling a disruptive product that changes how organizations budget, book, and manage travel. Responsibilities- Manage and develop a group of Account Executives with daily 1:1 coaching
- Set and sustain a high-performing sales culture
- Oversee performance, forecasting, and quota attainment for the team
- Recruit, hire and onboard new SEs with knowledge of product, personas, competition, and tools
- Improve team output by optimizing systems and processes
- Collaborate with Ops to define and polish performance metrics
- Represent the SE team with cross-functional leaders
- Lead and develop career plans for team members
Key requirements- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
- 1+ year of experience building and leading successful sales teams
- Proven success in fast-paced SaaS go-to-market environments and consistently beating quota
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to articulate value points to executives and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and Excel and familiarity with email/call automation
