Responsibilities- Consult with customers onsite or virtually to assess risk exposures and recommend loss controls
- Support underwriting and claim processes with risk findings and recommendations
- Educate customers on risk management practices and promote adoption of recommended changes
- Contribute to training programs for field consultants by researching emerging issues
- Develop and share risk evaluation results to inform risk pricing
- Continue professional development by leveraging discipline-specific training resources
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline
- Three+ years in engineering or fire protection industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical information
- Interpersonal and influencing skills to build credibility with customers
