Overview As Director of Food & Beverage you will lead the complete F&B experience for a 145-room boutique hotel in a restored historic building. You will sit on the Executive Committee, shaping the restaurant and bar, banquets and catering, in-room dining, and the wine and cocktail program. You influence product, service culture, operating systems, financial performance, and leadership development. This role offers ownership, exposure to hotel and corporate leaders, and a clear path toward GM or VP-level opportunities. You will help set standards, build talent, and partner with culinary leadership to elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities- Shape restaurant and bar experience and the wine/spirits program
- Oversee banquets, catering, and in-room dining operations
- Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop, mentor, and hold F&B managers accountable
- Establish standards and operating systems in collaboration with culinary leadership
- Partner with sales, hotel executives, and corporate teams to align strategy
- Provide executive leadership presence and contribute to broader property leadership
Key requirements- Leadership experience in elevated restaurant/bar/lifestyle hotel or multi-outlet operation
- Credibility across restaurant service, banquets, weddings, and private events
- Passion for beverage program including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Strong financial management: budgeting, forecasting, labor, inventory, profitability
- Experience hiring and developing managers
