Overview As SAP Technology and D&A Director, you guide SAP-focused modernization initiatives to improve clients' operational efficiency. You will lead strategic direction, engage cross-functional teams, and drive business development while maintaining executive client relationships. You'll oversee SAP installation, configuration, administration, development, and training within our Digital Core Modernisation network. This role blends technology leadership with client-focused growth, shaping engagements and expanding the firm's impact.

Responsibilities- Set strategic direction and drive business development in SAP technology consulting
- Oversee SAP installation, configuration, and administration
- Manage client engagements to optimize operations and meet strategic goals
- Implement software solutions and provide training for seamless integration
- Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for data visualization and insights
- Promote technology adoption and foster high-performing teams
- Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into firm success
- Lead thought leadership and innovation initiatives across the PwC Network
- Balance long-term and short-term strategic planning for system-wide enablers
- Mentor and develop others across the PwC Network
Key requirements- Bachelor degree (minimum)
- 9+ years of experience
- Master/MBA preferred in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering
- Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- ABAP experience for business transformation
- Strategic technology planning and systemic thinking
