Overview In this role you will support project delivery by coordinating information, managing change and cost controls, and ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to accelerate material flow, review shop drawings, and engage clients, while contributing to Gilbane's people-first culture. Responsibilities- Manage change management under the Project Manager
- Provide data and insights for monthly cost report meetings
- Adhere to project controls including cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting
- Expedite material deliveries
- Review and evaluate shop drawings
- Encourage innovative problem solving
- Develop business by identifying client needs and communicating Gilbane's value
- Review customer feedback and foster a customer-centric mindset
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Support a positive and inclusive work environment
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to establish measurable performance goals and accountability
- Experience in building team participation and trust
- Financial awareness and contract/technical documentation understanding
- Procore proficiency
- CMiC experience preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- MEP knowledge
