Overview In this role you will execute client engagements for the Fund Opinions group, building complex financial models and performing valuation analysis to support fairness opinions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver rigorous analytics and advisory services for sponsors and funds. You will contribute to business development and client relationships while supporting thoughtful investment judgments. This position offers exposure to multi-asset valuation across industries and a path to grow the Fund Opinions practice.

Responsibilities- Analyze and explain historical and projected financial information
- Perform business and financial due diligence
- Conduct industry, competitor, and sub-sector research
- Perform complex valuation projects using methods such as comps, precedent transactions, and DCF
- Build complex financial models in Excel to assess cash flows and value securities
- Prepare client/internal board review presentations in PowerPoint
- Assist with and support business development initiatives
- Support relationships with current and prospective clients
Key requirements- 1-3 years of investment banking, valuation or related experience
- Strong accounting, finance, financial modeling and analytical abilities
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
