Overview In this role, you will implement plans to secure a safe working environment and support high quality project delivery. You will advise technical teams and leadership on EHS matters, solving complex issues and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll develop and update safety programs, mentor others, and lead training to foster a proactive Safety Always culture. The position offers cross office collaboration and opportunities to influence safety practices across multiple markets, with periodic travel.

Responsibilities- Implement EHS plans and procedures to meet team objectives
- Perform routine EHS tasks following established guidelines
- Advise technical teams and leadership on EHS matters and provide solutions for complex issues
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and manage workers' compensation
- Read, analyze, and interpret business documents, contracts, and technical procedures
- Develop and update safety programs, policies, and procedures using metrics and industry best practices
- Lead, develop, and deliver EHS training
- Support client and project pursuits with safe work environment strategies across multiple industries
- Travel up to 30% as required

- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR/AED, OSHA 500 Authorized Instructor (Construction) certifications required
- ASP/CSP credentials or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree in safety management, business, or related area preferred
