Overview

In this role you will lead strategic sales efforts to expand adoption of a medical device system across the Pacific Northwest. You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop account plans, strengthen referral networks, and engage physicians and clinical staff. The position combines territory ownership with education and advocacy to drive therapy adoption and growth. This is a chance to influence outcomes in a medical device context at scale while collaborating with healthcare providers and internal partners.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and meet targets within the assigned territory
  • Own territory management with autonomous prioritization of accounts
  • Generate new business through account penetration, expansion, and site activation
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts (IDNs, academic centers, clinics)
  • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical teams to support therapy adoption
  • Expand referral networks and patient identification pathways
  • Deliver clinical and product education to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with Clinical/Technical Support, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other teams to remove barriers to adoption
  • Monitor performance, analyze territory data, and report opportunities and forecasts
  • Maintain compliant professional conduct and complete required training
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pre-Pharmacy or a related field
  • 3+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical sales management experience or equivalent
  • Advanced strategic thinking, sales, and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proven ability to work as a proactive, collaborative team member and self-starter
  • Hemodialysis and/or apheresis experience preferred
  • Experience with medical equipment and/or test equipment or instruments preferred
