Production Supervisor

In this role you will lead and develop production teams to meet daily targets and uphold safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. You'll partner with the Production Manager to drive KPI performance and foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment. Expect to advance process excellence through 5S, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives while aligning with the broader operations strategy. • Provide daily direction to teams to achieve daily deliverables within the KPI framework
• Ensure trained, skilled staff and resources for high-quality production per specifications
• Monitor KPIs, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain understanding of facility processes and conditions
• Promote a center of excellence through visualization and 5S standards
• Plan and develop staff to reach required skill levels for target performance
• Support TPM systems within Production and Maintenance
• Collaborate with Operations Managers on strategy, master schedules, and plans
• Develop the team to focus on the right projects and timely delivery
• Lead daily to long-term growth activities and support Kaizen culture
• Participate in operations reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

• Strong production planning and scheduling experience
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques

• Open to shifts and overtime
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing leadership role (required)
• 2-3 years in a direct supervisor role (highly preferred)
