Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of wholesale credit risk and climate risk initiatives at Citi in Irving. You will partner with model developers and technology teams to integrate CCAR and IFRS9 models, while ensuring robust documentation, validation support, and audit readiness. You will shape project plans, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to deliver timely outcomes that support regulatory compliance and financial risk management. This position offers the chance to influence risk modeling across the enterprise and work within a collaborative, policy-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of risk initiatives from requirements to implementation
  • Define milestones and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery and address emerging risks
  • Collaborate with model developers to streamline and redevelop wholesale credit risk models
  • Support model validation, audit readiness, and maintain remediation trackers and evidence repositories
  • Coordinate with technology partners to optimize model integration and embed CCAR and IFRS9 models into the library system
Key requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; 4 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, accounting, or related roles involving treasury and balance-sheet risk and financial audit management
  • Experience with risk management processes and frameworks to measure financial exposures under stress in model development
  • Understanding of control frameworks and regulatory expectations for model documentation, validation and periodic review
  • Project management experience including structuring, timelines, phase planning, resources, dependencies, bottlenecks, and issue escalation
  • Data analysis and data quality assurance respecting data governance standards
  • Reporting and dashboards for comparing current vs target models, data trends and patterns
