Overview As Client Services Director you drive strategic client partnerships and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams to deliver high-quality, scientifically accurate programs. You'll oversee projects and accounts from planning to delivery, manage brand representation, and mentor junior staff. You will work closely with cross-functional groups to meet client goals, optimize timelines, and sustain service levels. Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end project management for assigned accounts, coordinating content across teams and ensuring scientific accuracy with experts
- Prepare and deliver client presentations to showcase content and outcomes
- Lead long-term account planning, including timelines, QA, SOP adherence, and budget monitoring
- Monitor projects to ensure alignment with client strategy and timely delivery
- Supervise and develop junior staff and manage their progress
- Participate in internal meetings and ensure smooth hand-offs to project teams
- Develop and maintain knowledge of managed products and disease areas
- Assist with client pitches, presentations, and metrics
- Manage faculty recruitment, engagement, and relationships for clients
- Maintain regular client contact, plan meetings, and summarize updates for stakeholders
- Synthesize client feedback for implementation by project teams
- Collaborate with Scientific Services, Interactive/Graphics, and Marketing to meet client expectations
- Track opportunities, milestones, and support needs
- Uphold brand integrity in client interactions and deliverables
- Promote sustainable service levels and high-quality outputs
Key requirements- 3+ years in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare/life sciences-focused agency
- 1+ year in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role (preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Science
- Experience with Veeva (highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and project management abilities
- Ability to leverage relationships for project and client benefit
