Overview In this role you will lead strategic finance and FP&A engagements, building and explaining integrated financial models to guide client decisions. You will assess performance, opportunities, and risk, and support M&A and capital structure initiatives. You'll serve as the primary client contact, manage engagement teams, and deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations. Responsibilities- Lead strategic finance and FP&A engagements for clients
- Develop and review three-statement financial models (operating, cash flow, valuation)
- Analyze historical financial data to assess performance and risk
- Provide insights from financial, market, and industry data to support strategy
- Support M&A, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure work
- Prepare client-ready analyses and executive presentations
- Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement execution
- Coordinate and mentor engagement teams and junior staff
- Apply technical knowledge to deliver high-quality financial solutions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field with 6-11 years of financial analysis experience OR Master's degree with at least 5 years of related experience
- Advanced experience building integrated three-statement financial models
- Strong valuation skills (income and market approaches)
- Experience supporting strategic finance, transactions, or FP&A in consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environments
- 4+ years of relevant experience (unspecified in one line)
