Key requirements- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Juris Doctorate or equivalent
- Experience drafting and negotiating highly complex multinational agreements with large global merchants
- Experience negotiating complex sales, marketing, or partner agreements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts (sales, privacy, product, risk, regulatory)
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to draft high-quality legal documents
- Experience in payments, fintech, or technology companies; ability to balance legal and business needs
