Overview As a Transformation Go-To-Market leader, you guide senior executives through large-scale change and shape GTM strategy for transformation services. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect business objectives with execution across people, process, and technology, with a focus on AI enablement. You engage in advisory work, pursue new opportunities, and oversee pursuits from origination to delivery. You play a pivotal role in delivering measurable outcomes and client value within a global, collaborative practice. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and delivery excellence to drive growth and transformation for clients.

Responsibilities- Scope and deliver large-scale transformation programs across operating models, process optimization, workforce transformation, and technology enablement with AI focus
- Drive annual revenue of approximately $8M-$15M+ through client expansion and new business development
- Lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations; own deals from origination through execution
- Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery excellence, outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Build internal networks across capabilities to offer integrated solutions and drive cross-sell opportunities
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of team members within the Transformation capability
- Represent Slalom through thought leadership and industry engagement
- Partner with internal teams to align transformation initiatives with client business objectives
- Maintain targets balancing sales, delivery, and leadership responsibilities
Key requirements- Demonstrated experience scoping and leading multiple large-scale organizational transformations in complex organizations
- Strong systems thinking connecting strategy, operating model, process, technology, and human behavior
- Experience delivering integrated solutions across behavior, process, and technology dimensions
- Clear point of view on AI and its impact on the workforce
- Significant experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services
- Proven ability to sell, scope, and deliver consulting work including executive-level relationship building
- Director-level or Senior Principal-level leadership experience with revenue and GTM ownership
