Responsibilities- close sales and win new business within a protected territory
- present the right HR solutions to address client needs
- develop and network with decision-makers to generate referrals
- cross-sell within existing accounts to grow business
- act as trusted advisor to clients and internal partners
- manage multiple sales processes from prospecting to implementation
- document and track deals through the sales cycle
Key requirements- quota-bearing outside B2B sales experience
- proven track record of closing sales and building/maintaining territory relationships
- ambitious, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
- college degree not required; alternative relevant experience accepted
- three years of B2B sales experience (preferred) or military experience
- persistent and proactive
- time management and multitasking
- clear, professional communication
- ability to build networks
- effective use of social media for sales (preferred)
- cold calling and qualification of prospects
