Overview In this role you will provide accounting advisory support for transactions and regulatory filings, guiding clients through GAAP/IFRS conversions and new standards adoption. You will work within Advisory to support deal-related accounting, including SEC filings, spin-offs, IPOs, and complex financing structures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you help ensure accurate financial reporting and successful execution of transformations. Responsibilities- Provide accounting advisory support to clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards
- Assist with SEC regulatory filings for spin-offs, carve-outs, IPOs, debt offerings and other acquisition filings (domestic and cross-border)
- Provide conversion services to adopt US GAAP or IFRS for registered companies
- Offer transaction-oriented accounting and reporting support for M&A, divestitures, capital raises, financing structures, and fresh-start accounting after bankruptcy emergence
- Manage staff, track engagement financials, and present accounting findings and concepts
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment
Key requirements- Minimum five years of recent experience in financial audit with a public accounting or advisory firm or five years of recent financial reporting and consolidations experience with a Fortune 500 company
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field; CPA or CPA-equivalent preferred; eligibility required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
