Overview In this role you will shape Walmart's eCommerce fulfillment network by designing and deploying automation in fulfillment centers, driving next-generation capabilities for same-day and next-day delivery. You will own initiatives end-to-end, influence cross-functional teams, and align automation programs with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities- Lead design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to boost operational efficiency
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams and technical documentation for automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain and robotics to optimize system integration
- Utilize AutoCAD and other engineering tools to support design and execution of automation projects
- Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce costs
Key requirements- Proven expertise in automation engineering with strong robotics and process improvement knowledge
- Ability to analyze data and develop process flow diagrams to optimize efficiency
- Experience managing complex projects within supply chain or manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design tools
- Strong leadership to drive excellence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
