Overview In this role you will train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and provide product information. You will align the team with our retail philosophy and maintain strong merchandising and pricing standards. You'll guide certification, SOP adherence, and inventory needs while supporting a fast-paced store environment. Responsibilities- Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service
- Complete product specialist certification courses
- Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation
- Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization
- Communicate SOP changes to associates
- Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification
- Communicate inventory needs to management
- Assist with processing of merchandise to showroom floor
- Validate product placement and pricing
- Greet customers, assist with questions and selections
- Process transactions at POS, refunds, and exchanges
- Present how-to classes to customers
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Answer telephone per guidelines
- Stock and tag merchandise displays
- Create price tags and signs
Key requirements- 1 year of customer service/sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED (explicit requirement)
