Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end financial consolidation, forecasting, planning and reporting for the T&O portfolio, driving actionable insights and strategic decisions. You will partner with Line Finance Officers and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial results in a fast-paced environment. You'll be hands-on with FP&A, including Anaplan submissions and executive reporting, while developing and coaching a high-performing team. This position combines technical rigor with strategic influence to support value creation across the business.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end consolidation, forecasting, planning and reporting for the T&O portfolio
- Manage month-end and quarter-end consolidation, forecast analysis, Anaplan submissions, executive reporting and presentation development
- Partner with Line Finance Officers to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making
- Develop detailed financial/economic analyses to aid business decisions
- Monitor financial performance against plans and forecasts; provide proactive insights
- Lead and develop a finance team; foster ownership, accountability and high execution
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Support/lead FP&A service delivery programs and variance/ad-hoc analyses to improve performance
Key requirements- 7+ years of relevant experience
