Overview As a Regional Banking CRE Portfolio Manager, you partner with Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers to shape the commercial real estate portfolio. You combine credit expertise with strategic thinking to influence risk decisions and portfolio health across markets. You'll address complex CRE lending opportunities, conduct portfolio reviews, and participate in enterprise-wide credit discussions. Responsibilities- Advise Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers on evaluating complex CRE lending opportunities
- Review credit requests and provide analysis and recommendations to support risk management and growth
- Partner with relationship management teams to conduct portfolio reviews and identify opportunities, strengths, and emerging risks
- Participate in portfolio review discussions and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Perform annual credit reviews and assign risk ratings to ensure portfolio health
- Contribute to strategic discussions and regional projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial or Business Banking Portfolio Management and/or credit experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools, including Moody's Credit Lens
