Overview As Traffic Section Leader, you will oversee the production section, staff development, and profitability while ensuring quality and marketing support. You will function as a Project Manager, guiding production on projects and coordinating services across sections. You'll manage administrative duties, staff development, and cross section collaboration, while engaging with industrial and public clients on marketing and project delivery. Responsibilities- Oversee production section operations including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support
- Serve as Project Manager and manage project production along with leadership responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties for section staff and coordinate services with other sections
- Contribute to marketing planning, proposals, and interviews
- Engage with industrial and public clients on marketing, project production, and related issues
- Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated via proactive project management system
- Implement, monitor, and support company policy
- Select, train, develop, and manage technical personnel
- Lead and develop multidiscipline teams
- Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national marketing and production efforts
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
