Marketing Manager, Global Sales Enablement

Overview

In this role you will shape and promote Cushman & Wakefield's global capabilities across industries and service lines. You will partner with global leaders and marketing stakeholders to keep materials current and accessible, and to align messaging across channels. You'll manage content libraries, support sales enablement activities, and help improve visibility of business development opportunities. This role connects regions and functions to drive alignment, knowledge sharing, and growth with a focus on client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain global capabilities decks for priority industries and service lines; coordinate updates with experts and leaders
  • Organize centralized repositories of approved marketing and BD content
  • Establish processes for case study submission, review, and distribution; maintain global client success stories
  • Ensure consistent messaging across websites, presentations, and BD materials; coordinate country-level content updates
  • Coordinate information sharing among global leaders and regional teams; track progress on priority initiatives; support cross-functional projects across regions and lines of business
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably in professional services or commercial real estate
  • Experience supporting business development and creating client-facing sales materials
  • Ability to execute with minimal oversight and manage multiple initiatives
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and strong written/verbal communication
  • Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
