Overview

In this senior IC role, you own Tulip's editorial strategy and content programs that generate pipeline and revenue. You'll craft material that supports deals and aligns with commercial goals, shaping narratives for a rapidly digitizing factory floor. You collaborate cross-functionally to translate positioning into impactful content and lead AI-enabled content workflows. This role offers global impact as Tulip scales its AI-forward approach to frontline operations.

Responsibilities
  • Own editorial strategy, calendar, formats, distribution, and a performance framework linking content to pipeline
  • Create high-quality content across formats (thought leadership, customer stories, campaigns, social, sales enablement) and manage agencies/freelancers
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into content that lands with buyers
  • Develop campaign content with Demand Generation to drive new pipeline and measure revenue contribution
  • Build sales enablement content that reps can actually use to tell the story effectively
  • Own content for flagship moments (trade shows, events, product launches)
  • Design AI-assisted editorial workflows to increase throughput without sacrificing quality and define where human judgment is essential
  • Track content performance and use data to improve formats, attention, and conversion
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Sales Enablement, Design, and Customer Success
Key requirements
  • 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS or technical content marketing with a portfolio
  • Experience owning a content program end-to-end and linking to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong editorial instincts and writing craft for diverse audiences
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to translate positioning into high-performing content
  • Demonstrated use of AI to materially change content output or economics, not just personal productivity
  • Sharp point of view in writing
  • Ability to write for diverse roles (VP of Operations to SDR)
  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Editorial workflow design
  • Content performance analysis and measurement
