Overview

In this role, you lead the nationwide Associate Relations function, driving governance, capacity planning, and escalation management. You partner with field leadership and HR COEs to ensure consistent execution of policies and programs while identifying process improvements. You focus on execution excellence, coaching, and risk management to reduce variability across locations. This is a hands-on, impact-focused leadership opportunity to shape enterprise HR delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Associate Relations team, setting goals, coaching, calibration, and performance management.
  • Serve as final escalation point for complex associate relations issues before HRBPs or higher AR leadership involvement.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing development to ensure readiness to execute enterprise programs.
  • Conduct quality reviews to identify trends, coaching needs, and systemic gaps while balancing workload and coverage.
  • Monitor engagement trends and risks across regions; communicate findings to HRBPs and COEs.
  • Deliver structured, data-informed feedback to improve tools and processes.
  • Execute enterprise HR policies and initiatives consistently across locations.
  • Support rollout of COE-developed HR programs and updates to policies and handbook content.
  • Own team-level HR execution metrics and track escalation resolution and performance.
  • Identify and address systemic gaps through training, process refinement, or escalation to COEs.
  • Participate in enterprise HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
