Account Manager (D.C.)

In this role, you will manage security services for a portfolio of smaller accounts, guiding security supervisors and coordinating site needs. You will drive client service, problem resolution, service enhancement, and new business development while overseeing staffing, scheduling, and training. • Manage security services and related operations for assigned accounts
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on priorities and site needs
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training
• Address client service issues and resolve problems
• Pursue service enhancements and opportunities for expansion
• Support preparation of post orders and operational procedures
• Contribute to new business development and client relationship management

• 3-4 years of security industry experience
• 3-4 years of security administration and/or business management experience
• Experience with union security contracts preferred
