Overview In this role you will support a premier international Labor & Employment practice handling complex wage-and-hour, PAGA, and single-plaintiff claims. You will work closely with senior attorneys to manage litigation, from strategy to filings, discovery, and trial-ready work, in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. Responsibilities- Represent clients in labor and employment litigation
- Draft motions, briefs, memos, and other filings
- Participate in discovery including depositions and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research on wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and single-plaintiff claims
- Assist with case strategy, risk assessment, and planning with senior attorneys
- Support clients across industries on complex employment-related matters
Key requirements- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
- 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and single-plaintiff claims
- Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required
- FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower matters preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
